"I wouldn't advise selling E.Lizard. This is the best item for Hecarim, and gives insane damage output, even more so that any other item. Since Hecarim has relatively short cooldowns on Q, the passive works a treat.

@Mordliss I still think even with at low elo, merc treads are more beneficial. Thanks for the commnets, and keep going! I used Hecarim to get out of elo hell as well, i'm sure, you will too! Especially with how well you've been playing him recently."
