You are right. It definitely feels rushed, and the storytelling is brutal (in the sense of enjoyment).

your first spoiler is what you call 'Death Flag'.
And it is fairly obvious which character in the Manga raised his/her death flag the highest and just stomped it into Esdese's face."

Someone here said that the art and animation are really high quality.
I couldn't see that in the first 2 episodes, just the little part on the piano in the 3rd episode was convincing.

The Manga is at about 90+ Chapters and the last (7th) sin wasn't even introduced, yet.
This shounen is aiming to become something like the longer ones."
