So why do I carry my team that much that they begin to carry themselves? The first 900 Elo were pretty easy. Enemies were dumb like shit and couldn't do anything "

But regarding Noc Vs Skarner, I'd take Nocturne, he is much easier than Skarner and his ''OPness'' comes out faster. But if you really want a consistent Jungler I'd suggest Skarner, he gets"
