Flash is neccessary, since in the S4 jungle you are supposed to farm and gank less, that's what Shyvanna can do fine. There is this tiny rule for Shyv Players, if you want to farm and counterjungle: Flash, ganking:Exhaust.
But either way, Flash is now the best, ty rito lel.

"I watched Phantom: Requiem for Phantom when I was on my Darker Than Black trip, and they both were worth it.
But yeah the new Monogatari Season is way better than the Nisemonogatari Season and it really keeps up with the quality of Bakemonogatari :D"

The GA helps alot, but I guess if you really want to deal alot of damage with him there is no way around the build he posted.
