Guess she needs some setup time before she can kill someone, so that kinda makes her less OP at least."

If you want scaling MRes, you can take 4x Flat MR and 5x Scaling Resist.

Early game: focus on farming and not dying thats all. Fk that enemy mid laner, get farm and don't die
mid game: roam and pick up kills
late game: just dont jump in first wait for hard cc to be used"
