i don't think playing ezreal AP works great due his q-skill stacks up for 1 per AD and just for 0.4 or so per AP.

"Looks solid to me. But usually critical damage runes aren't this good. i'd prefer some critical chance or some ad/as.
Also i think heal as sp isnt the best choice.
