"I don't think there's anything really wrong with skarner except the movement speed on steroids should be alittle bit more powerful. he's really not imbalanced either way, try getting hextech over malady and rylai's over guinsoo's and he starts behaving a lot like Jax"

"Its not all that expensive tbh, and i wouldn't say you need the guardian angel, get an early rylai's, you don't die with the health and healing from fracture anyway, guardian angel is like saying "I'm going to die a bit, this is my backup plan""
