"I desagree with : core items ,runes and early skill order ( except if your oponent is retarded and dont take boots+3pots when facing a brand)
Anyway brand is a burst mage , increesing he's mana regen is pointless since he doesnt need that at all . He's mana regen , with that mastery tree is fine "
