Posted a Comment: "You usually want Kraken when the enemy team has a tanks WITH RESISTANCES (for example, a Malphite that goes full tank) or when you're ahead and you want to snowball. 90+% of the time you're going to avoid Kraken, because Shieldbow/BORK path is way more efficient with Zeri overall."
