"Jarvan is one of my top three best characters. Playing him so much I don't think this build is the best. The BEST thing about him is Cataclysm. It is one of the best initiation spells in the game. The thing about Cataclysm is it's best used when you can catch 2-3 enemies and let your team go to work"

"The build is ok but I'm not sure why you wouldn't level standard first. If you're going to be solo top you'll want all the passive armor you can get. Then you can alternate between Aegis and Dragon Strike. Not to mention Standard can really help when you're pushing a tower"
