"Hey, nice guide. I've been wondering, why do we take take rocketbelt and shadowflame 1st and 2nd item usually , when the hextech alternator passive does not stack? I'm assuming you just want the as much penn as possible, and shadowdflame I think is better early and you could swap it for void later? "
