"Eh, IMO having a 2nd Heal on bot isn't that great as the 2nd heal (if used consecutively) heals for less and most of the times preventing damage (Exhaust) from being dealt rather than recovering from damage that was dealt is safer and more efficient. Although, it's not a bad idea if your ADC"
