It's great solo top for heal baiting the enemy, and then rooting them under your tower, as well as letting you overextend to survive ganks. Just my two cents, other than that "

It resets her swing timer, giving another swing on skill use, and each point lowers the cooldown and increases the damage. I highly disagree with valuing E over Q.
