Zils Bombs are scaling 0,9 AP so 1,8 the AP as dmg with Doublebomb like every 10 seconds(or one bomb every 6 seconds), i know 0,9 AP scaling is in no means op i mean every champions has nowadays 0,9 on his non-ultimate abilit"
