"Absolute focus would be an ineffective rune, as you won't have the sustain naturally built-in to maintain the 70% dmg bonus. Therefore, you'd be better off with with either celerity, the extra ms for kiting potential, or transcendence for 10% cd at level 10. "

"One could argue that 3,7 per 5 isn't really going to make a big difference, especially when you lower your CD, it just doesn't justify it at all. Rather get flat armor or flat health seals :)"
