"I like the build. Its 'fun on a bun' to play. Just have a few things to suggest.
I think upgrading Targon's Brace to Face of the Mountain should definitely be recommended prior to upgrading to Statikk Shiv or Infinity Edge. Everything about it is good. Especially the 4 charges of "
