I think it depends on the other team, i mean i don't think that movespeed is so bad, you shouldn't not be roaming at early game, you must be farming at bot. Boots + Phantom Dancer solve your movement problems and a tell me a AD carry who does not"

Items: -A lot of Attack Speed and a lot of Lifesteal is not going to save you from CC or a Thornmail, this may work at level 1-"
