"Taric is not a carry, if u don't kill anybody in 1v1 it's because you're a support not a heavy DPS u know. :p
But in team fight, the target who will be stunned will die.
Same on lane in 2v2, you stun and if your mate is a good DPS you'll be able to kill an enemie or both ! :D
