Posted a Comment: May 8th, 2016 "now that both abyssal and zhonya gives 10% CDR when you buy them, it became really eazy to get 40% / 45% CDR in any games, and so, the 15% CDR at level 18 runes are wasting 5% of CDR now. Wouldn't it better to grab 10% flat CDR now, which would result in always having 40% / 45% CDR after two item"
