"As Nikki said, you can use the other to quickly escape so there's no chance the jungler can catch you off guard after you just dived a tower. You can also use them to quickly move to top/bot lane for a gank that they likely won't expect after you just killed their mid. "

"My personal favorite has always been Foxfire Ahri. the flame effect on her tails is just so fun and the armor looks quite nice too.
Other favorites are Dragon Sorceress Zyra, Arcade Hecarim, and Elementalist Lux."

"A more general AP runes set would use MR glyphs instead.
Dont waste your IP on buying any new runes though because runes are going to be replaced soon and the refund they give you for the ones you've already purchased is really bad."

"I would Agree that Caitlyn needs to be downgraded to tier 2 or possibly 3, but I wouldn't go so far as to say shes useless."
