Posted a Comment: "I see the idea, but you can get Zilean's ult cooldown to 30 seconds with a normal ability haste focused build while not building items you don't need. "

Posted a Comment: "Not a great build for Zilean support. Very expensive items and not much ability haste from those items which is important for Zilean. Mid would work better for this build but still having low ability haste hurts a bit."

I used to build only Lucidity boots because Zilean's most important stat is Ability Haste, but browsing through a few other top Zil players I found a guy using SS's and gave it a try. Haven't gone back. I average 3 vision score "

I basically take all of the Runes that are cost saving for me like Magical Footwear in Inspiration to save 300g on boots and T"

Posted a Comment: "For the runes I think there's better choices. Zilean has loads of built in speed already especially if you're building Shurelya's. Try Symbiotic soles instead. 3 speeds are only good in certain match ups and even then I don't build them. Otherwise ok. "

Posted a Comment: "As a fellow Zilean enjoyer, the electrocute build is ok for something different every now and then, but it's definitely not the most optimal way to play the champ. It does help a little with the early trading/game (Zileans weakest point in the game) because it's unexpected damage, but it's less usef"
