"I'd say Sawin brings more QQ in EU meta while vayne brings more in USA meta, why?
In EU meta both top and mid feature casters meaning you get a tanky caster that still bursts nearly like a squishy one for solo top and a glass cannon caster for mid dealing tons of burst.
