Hey, Mobafire community
So when I first came to the site all I did was look up guides for champions that I played, then I went on to making a few for
Akali, Fizz, and Warwick. But I have found a new passion. I LOVE reviewing guides and I did a little research and I wish to be a scout before the year is over! :D
Requirements: The only one i know of is 100 rep
What a scout does: Scouts have to power to give out a scout point. Exciting right? Once a guide gets so many it gets to become a part of the fabulous: Featured Guides section!
So I want to become a scout. It will give me the ability to really show a guide maker how much I like his/her guide. I review guides now just PM me and Ill get right to it. But I usually got to the newest guide section and go from there(:

Scout points are more than just a glorified +1, they are the tools by which the more prominent site members can highlight guides deserving of more attention. The system is designed to move the best guides to the top of their respective categories. Eventually this should add up to a better reputation for Mobafire as a guide site (which right now is ridiculed, unfortunately).
If you want to be a Scout, just keep in mind that it's more than just a shiny new button. There's some responsibility that goes along with the position, so if you want to be promoted early, you're going to have to show that you not only know what you're talking about, but you're willing and able to contribute to improving the health of Mobafire's guides.
