I see what you're shooting for with your build and it may not work all that well, but when I'm playing Taric, I usually grab it to heal better. I can't count the people I've saved from deadly dam"

In the games I've been playing Dodge was removed. Is it still best to pick up the tabi? Sure damage reduction and armor are always good on an off"
