"A good way to counter Viktor are mobile champions like after-6 ahri, because you can simply waltz out of stun and that laser is hard to hit. A counter to hecarim would be a heavy slow champion like ashe or sejuani since he would lose AD due to losing movement speed."

"You could tell us your budget and then I could help you choose the best performance for that price. More cores doesn't always mean better performance. The FX8100(that has 8 "theoretical" cores) loses to same price Core i5 2500K(4 core). "

Forum badges
So yeah idea came from another game forum. What do you think about having badges that you can optionally put in your signature if you want? For example you could have badges like:
