"I rarely play AD since I figured that I'm best mid but when I do, I take ArP Marks, Armor Seals, CD/AS/MR glyphs and HP/ArP Quints. ArP for extra damage, armor since you're laning against AD carry, glyphs depend on champion on enemy and Quints aswell."

"Because Havoc is pretty bad overall on AD dealers. 1.5% is not that much and you benefit much more from other masteries. 1.5% more is very small amount, for example if your attack deals 400 damage then this mastery only deals 6 more damage per attack."

"Cooldown is maxed at 40%. If you buy any CD over that, it will not apply. So if you buy 15% + 15% + 20%, instead of 50% you'll still get 40%.
Attack Speed depends on basic attack speed. Highest attack speed you can have is 2.5 attacks per seconds, how many % is that, depends on your champion.
