"That passive is OP, it's like mini Mundo ultimate. And with this healing he could probably do extremely fast dragon. Dealing damage to dragon with fast AS, while he can't deal damage to you for some time because of fear and meanwhile healing like Fiddlesticks. lol"

What do you think?
With his passive that heals him at low health, W that stacks attack speed and E that fears minions and monster for short duration he may become one of the strongest junglers...
