"If you're going to get RoA, you should really not make it your last item since it takes 10 minutes to give you it's full effects. I'd say it'd probably fit in better after your GP5 item.
I also think something in defensive tree (Strength of spirit/evasion?) is probably better than archmage's savvy "

"A second Rabadon's Deathcap is pretty much a waste of money, since the passive is unique. You'd be a lot better off getting a different item that added something rather than just buying something for flat AP an no utility in a support character."
