"This ult is not "a little bit broken" it's one of the most ridiculous custom spells i've ever seen xD. Like, you could easily kill Mundo/Maokai/Sion in only one hit, on a 30 sec BASE cd (something like 18 sec with cdr ? o_o)

It all depends on what you're playing imo, if you play someone who can gank well with tp, or not. Someone who can farm safely from distance/under turret.
