"You should really go with some Armor Seals and MR Glyphs because right now you gain like 15 AD at lvl 18 with your setup, I think it's a great loss in laning phase for not that much in later game stages.
Also I believe taking your W lvl 1 is superior due to the pushing power to get level 2 faster"
