"With 11 Magic Penetration runes and the 20 Magic Penetration from Sorcerer's Shoes, you'll get them to 0. With Abyssal Scepter, they'll go to a -20, which actually gives a huge boost to your damage on a target who don't build MR."

"I like the build, however since you're buildning Soul Shroud, you can start off with a Mana Manipulator if your lane mate uses mana and needs an extra boost of +7.2 mp5 to deal even more damage. I lane Janna with my friend sometimes, and the mp5 really helps him ;)"

"I usually start off with Brawler's Gloves for Gangplank. It builds into a later item, and empowers your Parrley a lot with +8% crit chance.
