Posted a Comment: "What do you think about using the Black Cleaver instead of the Bloodthirster? Black Cleaver has some HP, cdr, and tons of armor shred, which the ghouls aa quickly proc. (you auto and then reset auto with q plus with one aa from each ghoul the amror shread is already maxed out.) I think it is better "
