But really, there wasn't a point to counter jungling before, unless you stole multiple camps.
For an example, on a REASONABLY fast jungler like Cho'Gath, I can go Wolves>Blue>Golems>Red>Wraiths.
In a game i did that, someone stole my wraiths, and i lost 0 xp, because i do them last, and they rewspawned when i got there.
With flexible junglers, there was always a very light punishment to stealing camps.
I would steal my junglers camps as low as level 6, and they didn't even care, because they can just gank.
As long as you aren't stealing a big buff (Like blue/red, which haven't really been changed much) then it's not a big deal.
Also, they buffed the rewards from all camps, so wouldn't that make it MORE profitable to counter jungle?

If the enemy team picks the right comp, then having a jungler, when the other team doesn't have a jungler, is pretty debilitating.
I've lost countless normals because our solo top just feeds their 2v1 top, and the game ends in 20 minutes.

Actually really looking forward to the jungle rework. (and Sivir one, though I was so SOOOOOO hoping they gave her passive AS like they said >.>)
It makes many more junglers viable (like Olaf, who needs tons of farm to be good) due to the decreased respawn timers, which means you should be able to just farm jungle all day if you want.
I would say this is actually a buff to WW. He gets to jungle to 6 faster and I don't anticipate the red buff nerf being to bad anyways.
Looking forward to seeing action from the first moment from the jungler, lots of new varied routes now and more viable stuff.
