Introduction

Hi guys, just wanna give you a brief overview of my newest AD Ezreal build I figured out recently.

I'm going to show you some of the main things you need to know about the way I'm playing Ezreal and things to know about my build and how it works. I'm not going to tell you how to generaly play Ezreal, you can read that in the many other guides that exist here.

First things first, so lets start with Pros and Cons of my build
Back to Top

Pros / Cons

Pros:
Very high damage output thoughout the whole game
    High Burst
Higher survivability because of life steal
Stay in lane for a long time
Not that reliable on skills, auto attacks do high damage too
Hardly no mana problems in mid and end game

Cons:
    Still squishy
Need to get lots of money to build your items fast
Without good items in mid game - I think up to Sheen - your damage is rather low
Against offtanks you often have no chance

Summoner Spells

Taking and is my personal favorite. You have 2 Flashes along with your E so you might get out alive out of ambushes. This is also very handy for hunting down a fleeing enemy, as you should often do as Ezreal.

Other combinations with instead of are possible too in my opinion, especially in 1on1 fights. But i rather take because you often have to run away during teamfights and this will help you more than Exhaust.

is often not needed because of your very high Q range and your Ulti to finish enemys, so there are more usefull Summonerspells

Runes

As Runes I'm taking the full Armor Penetration set as Reds and Quints so
Greater Mark of Desolation and Greater Quintessence of Desolation

Yellows will be manareg and Blues -cooldown.
Greater Seal of Replenishment and

Nothing really special here.

Masteries

Masteries are rather simple, too. Just going for the Armor Penetration and the other usual Offense skills, in this case, I'm grabbing Archmage's Sawy for the + AP but you can also go 4/4 in
The reason why im choosing the Defense tree as second is that with this build you won't have severe mana problems, so you can concentrate on +Armor and Dodge

Items

Now let's go over to the Items. For both parts, solo and duo lane, I'm using the same set of items starting of with the .
This allows me to stay in lane for a very long time, which gives an enormous advantage against most of the mage solo laners. Life steal is one of the main component of this AD Ezreal build.

Most times I manage to gather about 2000 gold until I need to get back for the first time, which allows me to instantly buy .

If you have to get back earlier just go for the first.

Through this item, you'll receive a massive bonus on AD and what matters most, the ability to spam your Q without having any mana issues. Later on you'll have a very big manapool and you'll hardly get oom in lategame even if your spamming your Burstrotation.

Next thing will be .

This is just an example, if you want to take the 15% -CD from feel free to take them.

But my personal experience is that you don't really need the -CD and with Berzerks you'll have another bootst for your autoattacks which will punish your enemies in lategame due to your massive crits.

for a 100% dmg boost of our Q is up next which will later be crafted into

I think this explains itself, it has every useful stat you need and the 150% Passive will make your Q hit f***ing hard.

I want to end the build with Last Banshee's Veil and .
Finally by IE you'll be able to do massive autoattack damage and you needn't wait until your CDs have finished Banshee's gives you some additional survivability.

If the game takes on longer just get finished

Other Possibilities:

Good if you feel like always being bursted - 700HP is much! The slow is also applied by your Q, so its a very powerful support item, too.

If the enemy team is stacking HP you NEED to get this, along with your very fast attackspeed, this will do a high amount of bonus damage to them.

instead of going for the Bloodthirster you can also build the Gunblade, which has slightly more lifesteal and even spellvamp - maybe even the better choice.

If the enemy team doesn't stack Armor you can change the into some more survivability for example:

Good allround item magic resist and the passive gives u a better chance to flee if you're getting focused.

Nice stats and a "Oh ****" instant revive if you were too aggresive^^ good defensive item

If the enemies have lots of phys damage this is the perfect item to get of that nasty burst dmg - also adds some AD due to Manamune

What I would not really recommend:

Well, 110 AD is pretty much BUT I highly recommend taking the items up to , then its mostly late mid game and either the enemy is surrendering or you wont get 20 stacks until the end so better get the

Skill Sequence

Well, speaking of Skill Sequence it's only the Burstrotation I can tell you, otherwise try to harrass as much as possible with your

Burstrotation is like:

-> -> -> ->

Try starting your Burstrotation when:
- You have 5 stacks of
- You are sure that you can hit your victim with EVERY shot, means
- The target is seperated of his teammates
- No Minions are nearby (otherwise minions or other enemys will block and/or and your wont do maximum damage)

along with your skills try hitting enemy champions with your autoattacks when your is on CD while harrassing

Summary

Summing up, this way of playing Ezreal is, as i think, more effective as playing AP Ezreal.
There are many advantages like healing yourself with - later - the enourmous Lifesteal you gain by hitting your Q and your autoattacks, which should crit for like 800 to enemies. This also makes him less dependent of hitting with Q with still a high damage output.

Other important things:
- Spam your Q while kiting enemies -> get HP and hurting them until you can finish them with 5 Stacks of your passive and your Burstrotation.

- Autoattacking your enemy in teamfights is as usefull as using your skills (High amount of crits and damage and speed makes it possible!) and your not as dependent of your Skillshot as a AP Ezreal would be.

- Against a quite tanky team you'll have problems getting kills because you can't really burst them -> less gold -> less damage lategame (This Ezreal is dependent on a fast and .)

Hope you enjoyed this quick AD Ezreal guide and feel free to post improvements and/or criticism.
I think I gonna expand this guide from time to time and write more detailed about items and other stuff.
till then, greez
