Hi everyones! My IGN is Sneaky Sloth and im sneaking around Platinum 5, Gold 1 elo and this is my quick guide on Braum. All the information you'll need is in the notes under the items. Thansk for looking.

Top Lane - for top lane I like to take Movement speed quints for the paring with your q, which give you great chase potential and makes it easier to dodge skill shots in lane. I take attack speed marks for the application of the passive, and to make is easier to farm. Then I take standard armor seals and mr glyphs for suitability.

Support (BOTH AGGRO AND UTILITY) - I like to take standard seals and glyphs for resistance in early game and armor marks for extra survival in lane against the adc. Gold quints are essential for the supports, and are best suited for braums game play.

IGNITE - is an awesome spell for top lane kill potential (something braum lacks in). However, as an aggresive support I also enjoy ignite for the kill potential in your lane, since your adc typically take HEAL or BARRIER.

EXHAUST - I tend to only take this when i'm going for utility, or i need the damage reduction. Generally, if their team is squishy carries take this for the 50% reduction in damage.

HEAL - This is an alternative to ignite or exhaust on support Braums because it has synergy with his w, since you can jump to an ally heal and give them extra arm/mr.

TELEPORT - this is good for a top braum, if you are against a pusher like pantheon or shyvana. I take this maybe 1 in every 5 games as top braum.

FLASH - THIS IS ESSENTIAL. Without flash, braum loses so much mobility that he desperately needs to make plays and reposition himself.

People Braum are good with:

LUCIAN - hands down the best adc with braum due to his double shot which allows for a quick stun with a sheen proc.
DRAVEN - the combination of defense with braum and offense with draven make this synegy work really well.
QUINN - same concept as lucian, with quinns passive it allows you to destroy your lane.
JINX - the attack speed from he q and lock down with e provide cc and procs of braums passive.
VAYNE - true damage and stuns!
CAITLYN - the long range aa from cait allows you to proc the stun with almost no danager, and the ult is great when paired with braums ult.

Counters to braum:

MORGANA - she can just snare and black shield her team mates, so annoying!
VAYNE - the true damage still stacks and it is very hard to not get condemned.
ZYRA - snare and ult (both cc) go through braums e.
GRAGAS - he can just ult you away from your team and the damage reduction is lost.

Your main goal is to get your passive proc'd on as many people as possible so your team can capitalize on the free cc. You want to constantly create pressure by diving onto your front line with your w then slowing with your q and try to catch people with your ultimate, all while proccing your passive. COMBOS: w-e-q-r this combo allows you to dash to an ally and give them bonus stats while blocking a spells. Try and hit your q for a slow and passive proc then ult after they're stunned for extra cc thats not effected by tenacity.

As a top laner, you have a harder job. You have heavy disengage so you need to abuse it. Try and flank the enemy team, then stun a carry and ult causing total chaos. After that try and defend your carries with your e and w and let them finish them off. If you can pick off a carry, do so.
