Hello people! Here I am with another build for you, now, with the new champion, Sejuani, the Summer's Winter's Wrath! Now let's see a quote from her:

When Sejuani was born, the mystics of her tribe foretold that she would be the one to unite and lead the divided territories of Freljord. Her people had suffered for centuries, as a losing war on the frozen tundra pushed them farther and farther from Freljord's limited food supplies. Sejuani grew up surrounded by this misery, and it fueled her desire to fulfill her destiny. She pushed herself to extremes, walking out into blizzards without food or furs and training while frigid winds raked her flesh. She sparred with the strongest warriors of her tribe, one after another, until her legs would give out beneath her. She sustained injuries that would have killed any other member of the tribe, but she would only rise again, driven by sheer force of will and what her tribe took to calling her "heart of the blizzard."

On her twentieth birthday, Sejuani declared that she would lead her people out of their remote isolation to conquer the lands of their enemies. She had completed her training and she was ready to face the leaders of the opposing tribes. Her feats had already become legend and soldiers in her company were inspired to new heights of strength and resolve. However, before she struck out on her campaign, Ashe began campaigning for peace in Freljord, joining the League of Legends to demonstrate how the people could be spared violence. To Sejuani, this was a violation of tradition – a coward’s ruse to hoard Freljord's precious few resources. She saw the confidence of her people wane as it seemed they would never be delivered from their plight. She decided that to truly prove herself as the rightful ruler of Freljord, she must defeat Ashe completely and unquestionably on the world’s stage in the League of Legends.

Frost: "Sejuani's basic attacks apply Frost, reducing enemy Movement Speed by 10% for 3 seconds."



Frost is like Ashe's Frost Shot (except by the part that you don't shoot to attack, but ok), it slows the enemy with each basic attack. Frost can help your chases and increases the damage of Northern Winds. Frozen Mallet with this... *-*





Arctic ***sault: "Sejuani charges forward to deal magic damage and apply Frost to enemies. Sejuani stops upon colliding with an enemy champion."

Like Body Slam, Sejuani dashes and hit the first champion that appears (and don't forget, Frost is here again!). Arctic Assault is a great skill to chase and help your teammate (with this you're fast \o/). Apply some Rylai's Crystal Scepter to increase the slow.





Northern Winds: "Sejuani summons an arctic storm around her which deals magic damage to nearby enemies every second. Damage is increased against enemies affected by Frost or Permafrost."

Identical to Shyvana's Burnout (No, it isn't your stupid, burnout is FIRE, NOT ICE -.-), Northern Winds deals constant damage on enemies near her, dealing extra damage with Frost or Permafrost. Your enemies will no escape if you make the Rylai's Crystal Scepter :D.





Permafrost: "Sejuani converts Frost on nearby enemies to Permafrost, dealing magic damage and increasing the Movement Speed reduction dramatically."



The evolution of the normal Frost, Permafrost is a combo of Twitch's Debilitating Poison + Expunge, all "frosted" targets receive massive damage and turn frost into permafrost, increasing the slow. If is a skill and deals damage, go go Rylai's Crystal Scepter! *-*





Glacial Prison: "Sejuani throws her weapon, stunning the first enemy champion hit. Nearby enemies are stunned for a shorter duration. All targets take magic damage and are affected by Frost."



This is a beauty and great skill! Like Ashe's enchanced crystal arrow, Sejuani throws her... her... What is her weapon? A sword, a mace, a sword with a mace, a sword semi-mace, a shield with the appearance of a sword with a mace... lolwut? Let's call this "Thing". Sejuani throws her "thing" into a location, stunning a principal target for 2 seconds and stunning the other guys near the first for 1 second. This can switch the course of the battle. Know how to use it!

LOL, WHY 4 Giant's Belt? Simple. My build make the 4 items that need this item.


Frozen Mallet: "+700 Health +20 Attack Damage UNIQUE Passive: Your basic attacks slow your target's Movement Speed by 40% for 2.5 seconds (30% for ranged attacks)." This IS your best item. Slows the enemy on each attack. And also gives health to start your "Tankgank" :D.





Rylai's Crystal Scepter: "+500 Health +80 Ability Power UNIQUE Passive: Dealing spell damage slows the target's Movement Speed by 35% for 1.5 seconds (15% for multi-target and damage-over-time spells)." This item slows all your skills, making your Northern Winds a inescapable skill and your Permafrost will slow 110% -n. If you want a good hunt, get this.




Sunfire Cape: "+450 Health +45 Armor UNIQUE Passive: Deals 35 magic damage per second to nearby enemies." Great item, gives armor and MORE HEALTH, and the great aura, the fire! This fire will stack with your Northern Winds, dealing extra damage to near enemies *-*.




Warmog's Armor: "+920 Health +30 Health Regen per 5 seconds Passive: Minion kills permanently grant 3.5 Health and .10 Health Regen per 5 seconds. Champion kills and assists permanently grant 35 Health and 1 Health Regen per 5 seconds. Bonuses cap at +350 Health and +10 Health Regen per 5 seconds." Well, MOOOREEEEE HEALTHHHHHHHHH. Simple, with this you are immortal.





Boots: Each Boots have their each situation. I prefer Mercury's Treads because gives Tenacity, but you can use all the type of boots. The new Ninja Tabi is great against AD champions. Sorcerer's Shoes are great if you want to deal more damage, and Boots of Swiftness will help against hard hunts.
