Imo the problem would be that it's just too big of a mess to be a good item. I could see Mordtank or Blitztank giving it some use, but it lacks one thing: a true purpose. It adds armor, damage and lifesteal but only in mediocre quantities and then it throws in 1 free ward every 3 minutes
The only chars which may have some use for this would be a melee DPS, ward laying, squishy character, something on the looks of Yi or AD Kat/TF. The problem is that there prolly are better items to take instead, even if they don't give you a free ward
They should have an option to change between MR or Armour, like, you'd click it and the bonus would change, much like 1 item from HoN or DotA
I'm thinking of making a more suitable tank Mord build maybe next week and this item has taken my atention... We'll see if it really is worth it :)

if you read the journal of justice entry, the feather pen button in the top right, it talks about ezreal finding it in the jungle. thats all this is, an item for jungling. i really don't see a reason to get it, as you can't jungle the entire game and eventually would have to sell it. i think madreds bloodrazor is a way better item to use.
