Ive been trying both of these to get replays but Baron replays give me and error "Failed to record reason is reason" and na.op.gg batch file replays will open but will not load to the loading screen. Anyone think they can help me?

Unfortunately, it's out of your control. For some reason, 4.20 and 4.21 screwed up all of the third party recording software, that includes LoL Replays, and Baron Replays. You'll just have to wait it out and see if the developers of those figure out ways to fix them.
