7.4 Tier List + AMA

Missing a [[Vault Breaker]] on [[Vi]] is quite easy, while missing [[Empowered Bola Strike]] on [[Rengar]], when you are jumping out of [[Thrill of the Hunt]] is actually difficult ;D. Also the possibility of rooting someone for 3.5s by using 2 [[Empowered Bola Strike]](s), makes it a bit hard for him to be completely useless + he does a lot of damage, even when behind.[/quote]
