My predictions:
1. Elements
2. SK Gaming
3. Roccat
4. Fnatic
5. Gambit
6. MYM
7. CW
8. UOL
9. H2K
10. Giants
The Elements #1 is a risk I dare to take because I think no team is strong enough (pretty much every team lost some important players)

I'm hoping for Gambit to finish at least top 4, 3rd would make me a happy man. I'm also unsure about Fnatic, I think they will, especially early, on just play worse than many teams. Also, believing in the Unicorns.

Thanks to The_Nameless_Bard for the sig!

Fnatic fan? Your first person i seen rate them higher than top bottom 3.
Any way im not all that sure about who will be middle or bottom teams.
Im sure Roccat. Elements SK and Gambit will be top 4.
No - their bot lane is super good. Also, other teams below Fnatic are all quite weak and haven't made any major improvements from last season so I think they should be okay. That's not to forget that the top/jungle synergy for fnatic should be fine cause they are both koreans anyway.
Anyone rating them bottom 3 is either underestimating their bot/mid or overestimating the overall level of other teams in the EULCS lol.

Still dont see them doing well there top and jungle are very un proven Koreans similar to Seraph. There mid lane is one best they could have gotten but still a downgrade. Pretty much ever single role was a downgrade. Same which there adc hes not gonna be a top sorry if he he is on back of yellowstar.
CLG was a bad team with very poor strategy, which definitely hurt Seraph. Seraph also was completely alone in NA which certainly didn't help.
Personally I don't consider Febiven a major downgrade over xPeke (although I might be biased towards him as he is my countrymen). I think Febiven is the biggest midlane talent out there and it has shown when he smashed the super hyped xPepii in the promotion series. Steelback is also a very promising ADC so while their beginning may be rough, I do see them finishing in the middle of the pack.
So yeah, while bot/top/jungle were (no doubt) a downgrade, I think it may also fix some of the old Fnatic downsides (Rekkles not being a very dominant ADC, Soaz being incredibly inconsistent and Cyanide just overall not being one of the best junglers in Europe) so I'm rather positive towards all the changes. In that regard Fnatic will surprise those who are overly negative towards them if you give them some time.
To be bold: I'm going to call that they will beat Elements in the first game of the season with the surprise factor.

For those who have missed out: the EU scene has seen some significant changes over the last couple of months, with some of the biggest changes all involving Fnatic: Rekkles left to join Elements (formerly known as Alliance), xPeke left to make his own team (Origen) and play in the Challenger scene, Cyanide retired and sOAZ also left, but so far hasn't found another team. In addition to roster changes and the Alliance name change, one other team also changed organisation, with MeetYourMakers acquiring the roster of the team formerly known as Supa Hot Crew.
Also, despite Millenium being the only team failing to requalify, the expansion to 10 teams this season means the scene welcomes three new teams: Unicorns of Love, H2K Gaming and GIANTS! Gaming. Here are the full team rosters (as of today, 10 January 2015):
Copenhagen Wolves
Elements
Fnatic
Gambit Gaming
GIANTS! Gaming
H2K Gaming
Meet Your Makers
ROCCAT
SK Gaming
Unicorns of Love
