The roit support page is not helping my cause. I can play any high end game like Tera Online or World @ Warcraft so it's definitely not my hardware or computer specs. Any help plz I'm sick of the same **** they keep sending me.

It's just that a number of things might be causing the problem and a simple reinstall or repair might do the trick.

Also include the things you've tried to do to fix the issue, just in case that affects the diagnosis.

I've tried everything.

1. Already have Internet Explorer 11 fully updated. (which means no offline mode) Only confusing part is it's not showing up in my add/remove programs list. I still think this is the problem, but it's saying it's uninstalled & fully updated on my computer, wtf is wrong with microsoft

2. Don't allowing Peer to Peer for faster bandwith is not helping.

3. Pando Media Booster hasn't existed for a while.

4. The internet security protocols are setup "as what riot has show on support page"

Since looking for a way around this problem if I eventually get login on my 4th attempt the store gives me a error.

Already did & still not logging in(unable to connect to pvp.net) Like wtf it ONLY works when it feels like it not when i want to play.

I'm unable to access the store to buy runes when i eventually get login, like wtf is wrong with lol client?
I'm unable to edit my Status page like how you can say whatever you want. "Hi guys" that is frozen or wtf.

Does log inn attempt happen like 4 times, then unable to connect to pvp.net?
If that is so, this has happened to me as well, but worked with the Internet Explorer option thingy.
But maybe a month later it happened again. I tried just changing servers in Launcher. Restart client and it worked.
Have you tried this option? Simple as changing server to another, then back to the one you are using? Hope this works out for you.

I have windows 8.1 and it works fine. Maybe something went wrong on install of windows 8.1 or your internet or firewall is blocking it.

I doubt it has anything to do with your Windows version.
