every time I go to the store, I always receive this note: "Session Expired" Error. I tried to relog many times but it does not work... Help PLS!

This seems weird. I have experienced this many times, but relog has always worked for me. I don't really have a 100% sure fix. But have you tried to repair client? Or maybe start league as administrator. If you don't get any answers from us here on mobafire I recommend you to write a ticked to Riot. Link: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
