Cluster bombing from B-52s is very, very accurate -- the bombs always hit the ground.

I wonder how the ultimate will work exactly. Will skill shots be able to go through it? Will he be targetable by other enemies other than his target(AKA Poppy ultimate)? What do you guys think?

Riot is so scared of pissing people off that every champion they've released has been UP, and when they nerf they do it in such baby steps that nothing like Sona, Soraka, Heimerdinger, or Twisted Fate will ever happen again.

It will deal damage and put terrain around you for a few seconds, nothing else.
