I have also the past few days experienced that the server is busy, then you have to try log in like 3-4 times then it works. I also deal with a lot of "session-expired" in Store in game. Don't really know what causes this. I have Windows 8.1, but I am not sure that is the reason. Have happened on Windows 7 as well.
