I support perm bans.
1) normals are already worse than ranked. Banned players can't make it worse.
2) They would be forced to make a new account and level up to 30 which is a huge time sink --- thus they might just change their attitude.
For me the only thing that should get a player perma banned, is intentional feeding and throwing. This probably happens to me about 1 in 20 games now. I dont care if players are toxic as hell as long as they are trying to win the game.

I haven't left a ranked game yet. That's a big IF for being a solo player. It's just my scenario if i was constantly leaving ranked games & than finally got perm banned i would never likely play again.

Correct there some players out there that spend loads of money into Riot & if their account got perm banned they would likely never play again. Even tho the age range varies, kids sneakily uses their parents credit cards & such & a lot of theses players whom gotten punishment but no perm banned have a lot of time on their hands besides high school to make smurf accounts.
As you get older everyone must be more finically responsible as We live in our own apartments house etc. I'm in that timeline where I don't need to waste more $$$ into a smurf account, just like how i don't need the Ps4.

what makes you think they wouldnt do the same thing if it were in a normal game? just banning them from one queue wont fix anything, in fact itll make them act worse in other queues

This is why there's no benefit to banning someone from ranked. If they should be banned from ranked, they should be banned from the whole game.
