Yes, qss removes the zed debuff, but spending 1250 Gold isnt dat Wort since u dont need the MR and cant Upgrade it further.
Zhonya gives a lot of AP and armor so u should definetly rush it (like i wrote in the "vs" ****hic)

Quicksilver Sash is really good against Zed but most mages don't to buy it (delaying their build) because they can handle Death Mark with Zhonya's Hourglass.

his passive gives u even more burst dats always nice :)
u could e.g. switch g.a. or zhonyas for it depending on game situation of course....
because sorc boots, rabadons and voidstaff as well as morellonomicom (dunno if i wrote it right) are your bread and butter item for leblanc :)

Hm i saw siv playing with only roa so i tried it on my own... it works doesnt matter if u go 6 times rod or 5 times and sorc boots... its a lot of fun but you will lack of CDR. just try it (in normal game) you still do a lot of damage tho :)
