I see no-one has commented a guide which is actualy rather unique. Kudos to you. My queries are on a few of your comments though

Then just spam what ever of Q or E that is ready. Try and save your to when you have just used .

Really? just spam?
I would suggest you reconsider how you use your rotation. Remember for your Q to proc you need to auto attack. So dont just spam e. use it after you proc Q.

As for your shroud. It decreases enemy armour and MR so i would use it in a fight. In fact I would get it down after or during my first spell rotation. Weather or not i can kill an enemy.

Also, consider getting the sheen, revolver combo as your first priority. This will make you even better early game.
