The matchups sections is good, but add more champs as you update the guide.
First chapter, colour it up, make it fun or something, use the guides mentioned by emoriam, they are pretty darn useful.
Using the Center code actually makes the guide look pretty neat, specially in the Skills chapter.

They teach you how to use BBCoding and which content should definitely be included in guides. Talk about things like your abilities and their attributes more in particular. Talk about the stages of the game. You started talking about jungling already but you should also mention information about ganking and objective control. When is the best time to gank or take down an objective? What am I supposed to do in (late game) team fights as Nocturne? Furthermore, justifying item choices is really important. People may wonder about you always aiming for early offensive items such as Blade of the Ruined King.
