My old laptop barely ran League at 25 (maybe 30, if I didn't have a single other thing running, including my antivirus) fps with no shadows, no sound, and everything set to very low when I replaced it. It also had a great habit of freezing for about 20-30 seconds (though sometimes as long as a minute) every so often during games by that point.
Should be noted that my old laptop could never run League at a decent fps except on very low, even when I started playing back in 2010 when it was less than a month old. My new one runs League at 60-80 FPS on very high. :3
