I think what he means is, he had more kills than deaths in every game. And I'm not sure KDA means the same as KDA ratio, which is what you're referring to.

Positive KDA doesn't mean much. E.g. 0/10/11 is still a terrible score but a positive KDA. I'd rather say not having a positive KDA is absolutely terrible lol.
